Angelique Sina, is a social entrepreneur and founder of the non-profit organization Friends of Puerto Rico with the mission of creating economic opportunities for Hispanic communities through innovation and entrepreneurship programs such as SEEDS, the Aguadilla Business Center, and the Metro Women's Business Center.
In addition to her philanthropic work, Angelique is a coffee farmer and founder of a farm in Las Marías, Puerto Rico, and a wine and liquor store in San Sebastián. She is a trainer and State Department expert teaching principles of resilience, personal growth, and economic empowerment. Her SEEDS program promotes the development of skills in financial intelligence and entrepreneurship as a basis for sustainable economic development.
She is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico at Aguadilla, Johns Hopkins University, Stanford University, and Georgetown University. Previously, she worked as a diplomat at the World Bank.
